I love teaching new students, especially students who are new to yoga, or have taken some time away from practice. Because working with new students always reminds me what matters most in teaching.
More Than Movement
Asana can be immensely helpful for the body. My own practice has brought more mobility, strength, body awareness, and postural shifts than I could ever quantify. But that’s not what makes yoga so powerful.
